Back In February 2020 a friend of ours, and Suzuki Jimney cult follower, asked if we could convert the back of his off road midget into more of a utility tool carrying cargo area.

So without further a-doo we pulled out the seats, measured up and did a quick parametric CAD model so that we can re produce and tweak the sizes in the future.

We choose to used 12 mm European birch 9 ply plywood for it’s exceptional strength and stability in the ever changing temperatures and humidity of the car environment.
