What We Do.
CNC Routing
We specialize in Computer Aided Design (3D Modelling) and shaping of wooden parts for small to large production runs and sometimes even one off jobs. We use CNC machines that Automate the process and ensure precision, repeatability and the economies of scale. We love to fine tune the process at every opportunity to increase the quality and efficiency of the procedure and machine perfect parts for our customers. We can also engrave signs & logos including laser engraving for finer details. If you are thinking of creating a wooden product or simply need some tricky or repetitive shapes cut we would love to talk with you about your project and offer our services if they suit your needs.
Joinery & Fabrication
When we aren’t machining parts for people we are typically utilizing our skills and equipment to design and fabricate special furniture that fuses top notch joinery & woodworking with mechanically engineered & electrical elements to solve space saving problems in the tiny house, RV, campervan and marine sector. Some of our previous pieces are available for reproduction. If you see any of our previous works that tickles your fancy and you think would fit nicely into your project, or you would like to commission a furniture piece, drop us a line. Small Solar Installations & DC Electrical Systems
We enjoy to integrate lighting, charging, heating, plumbing, sounds and solar systems into our joinery. This way we can think about the location of these components right from the design phase of the furniture piece making sure there is enough space to neatly fit what’s needed and ensure that the wiring is safe & concealed. It’s rewarding to see the finished product lit up at night and re assuring that you have light where you need it. No blind rummaging for your stuff in the dark! And yes we also install the solar chargers, power inverters, batteries & solar panels on the roof while we’re at it. We make custom roof racks to support solar panels where necessary.
We also stock and sell all the common electrical components that we use in our interiors such as lighting, fuse boxes & fuses, switches, buttons, dimmers, voltage converters, VSR’s, USB chargers, isolators, wire, etc.
Plumbing & Water Tanks
Yeep we do that too! Often we are fabricating customized steel frames to support water tanks underneath vehicles, that’s always fun. We stock & sell a large range of push-fit & Hansen plumbing fittings. We have taps, sinks and water pumps ready to use in our builds. We also have put together some plumbing kit sets to make it easy for people who want to build their own campervan but don’t want to spend too much time head scratching.
